Customer Service
Customer service is very important to us and we are here to help. It’s easiest to reach us via our contact support page. We monitor this closely during business hours. Using email instead of calling gives us the opportunity to look up your job info, contact our mower and get back to you with everything we need. This helps us keep our prices down by not paying someone to answer the phone, who would only be able to discuss content already available on the website.
Time
Our mowers mow from dawn to dusk. There is no set time that we mow and we are not able to guarantee a specific mowing time, however we do expect to complete your job within 5 working days.
Weather
We don’t mow in the rain or if the grass is wet. Here are a few reasons why:
– It’s dangerous
– It’s hard on the equipment
– Wet grass cuts unevenly
– Wet grass bunches up when mulched, leaving piles on the lawn
If rain occurs on the day of your mow, we will use out best judgement on whether it is still possible to mow that day. If we can’t then your mower man will come out the following day or whenever the rain stops and the ground is dry enough. And, of course, you’ll always receive notifications when that happens.
Weeds
Weeds, weed spraying, clearing out garden beds and removal of palm fronds aren’t part of our basic lawn care service, but if you need some help, we can provide assistance for an additional charge.

Satisfaction Guarantee
We are dedicated to delivering quality lawn mowing to your complete satisfaction. If you are not satisfied, simply contact us within 24 hours and we will send our mower back at no charge.
EZMOW also recommends that one or more picture(s) of the service issue in question are emailed to ezmow@outlook.com.au.
We do not provide refunds or credits, just a re-visit to rectify the issue.
Your request must be submitted within 24 hours of your designated mowing day, otherwise, we will consider the lawn care service provided on that trip satisfactory
Payment
We will send you an email with an attached invoice 1-3 days after your lawn has been mowed.
You can pay by PayPal, Visa, Mastercard, Amex or Bank Transfer. We ask that you do this within 5 working days.
